Glazba: Claude Debussy ‘L’après-midi d’un faune’

Realizirano u sklopu europskog projekta Identity.Move!

Prijateljice i suradnice grade istraživanje o odnosu – dvaju medija (plesa i videa/filma), dva tijela, dva id-entiteta, njih dvije. Razumijemo da medij kamere/snimanja manipulira stvarnošću tijela ispred kamere, no dispozitiv utječe i na tijelo iza kamere. Kako u tom procesu zrcaljenja, kroz utjelovljenje nastaje empatija, proces otjelovljenja drugog?

Unutar tkiva prirode. Unutar tkiva Zemlje. Unutar tkiva svemira. Sjeme je svemir. Najmanji samoorganizirani svemir koji reflektira svemir izvan sebe: Ja gledam tebe dok ti gledaš mene dok tebe gleda publika i ti gledaš nju i nas zajedno dok pokušavamo razjasniti naš međusobni odnos i kako je taj odnos u odnosu sa sjemenkom koja reflektira svemir…

This work-in-progress is the result of residence on the Identity Move Project. The Identity Move Project was organized to deal with themes of identity, process, and interconnection of Eastern European dance institution, as well as of dance artists and artists of other disciplines. For Nives and Sonja, the question of identity is among other things also a question concerned with forms in which we reflect those persons who are in a relationship with us. Friends and associates build a research on relationship – two media (dance and video/film), two bodies, two id-entities, the two of them. We understand that the medium of film camera/filming manipulates with the reality of the body in front of the film camera, however, the disposition also influences the body behind the film camera. In this process of mirroring, how does empathy come into being through the embodiment, through the process of the embodiment of the other?

The film camera is an object in the hand of the subject of a cinematographer who is filming the object of a person on stage who is the subject of her own existence which will be filmed by the object of the film camera. Theatre is an object of space for performance and one of the subjects within the living tissue of a city. Within the tissue of nature. Within tissue of the Earth. Within tissue of the universe. The seed is the universe. The smallest self-organized universe that reflects a universe outside itself: I watch you while you watch me while you are watched by the audience and you watch the audience and us together while we are trying to clear our interrelation and the relation of our relationship to the seed that reflects the universe…
